Nevertheless for some fellow-citizens, greyhound owners and workholic debaters, who permanently attack us, we have opened this:

I am preparing anonymous pamphlet for the "general greyhound racing public"	I throw sh*ts on CGRF on some discusion forums. Although I dont have enough money to buy Praskacka, as the others have, and therefore I am writing that they are broke the same way as I am. Some jealousy debater will support me though.

The breeder Václav Plaček wants to document his mendacious statements with the witness called Tomas Mika.
	Czech translation of aggressive, mendacious and slanderous texts on the Greyhound-data.com portal were read infront of the presiding judge
The breeder Václav Plaček did not present evidence that could support his mendacious and disgusting statements. The czech breeder Václav Plaček asked the court to allow him to call up witnesses from the Czech republic and Germany to testify his mendacious statements and slanders.

Let´s try to guess:

- why did even a very mention of winning irish greyhounds from the Elbony Kennel of our Golden Greyhound 2008
   contest, published on the Greyhound-Data portal, cause such huge wave of malignity and enviousness that
   resulted in the mentioned legal proceedings?

- why did the greyhound breeder Plaček choose as his witness (that shall bear evidence to activities at
   Praskacka) just the greyhound breeder from Germany, known as Tomas Mika, who himself declares on G-D
website: (quoted from G-D)
   „…as a forum moderator knowing exactly what has been going on at Praskacka for the last 5 years…“
(However this person has not appeared on Praskacka races for five years!)?

- why did – all of sudden – the greyhound breeder Plaček decide to complain on public portal in English (until then
he had never mentioned even with a single czech word about it in the right place), concretely he complained to
G-D forum readers and he warned them against visiting Praskacka?

- why did the Greyhound-Data portal lend itself to such and even worse muck thrown on us there by the person known as Tomas Mika (thread: Greyhound "Oscars" - Golden Greyhound In Czech Rep)?

Discussion forum of the Greyhound-Data portal:

By publishing attacks, defamations, slanders, and other muck the discussion forum of the Greyhound-Data portal became (opposed to the G-D statutes) both undirected and even „unique“ as the G-D moderator himself makes attacks and publishes them! The Greyhound-Data portal - under guise of moderating - serves to wicked, pathetic, disgraceful and wretched practics of a person that „expresses his opinion“ on CGRF activities all the time (from the very beginning),
vilifies and defames our organization.

CGRC Integrity

Among others – we have an e-mail letter, starting with „CGRC Integrity“
in the subject, that was written and sent by the person known as Tomas Mika
all over the racing industry in Europe with the aim of keeping the integrity of
CGRC and this letter was forwarded to the CGRF members from one loyal
member of CGRC.

We omit all defames stated by the author and we quote the funnier part:
„…Without further notice the sponsor (note: Mika´s Czech Racing
Federation sponsor) created its own organisation CGRF…“
CGRF simply dared to come into existence without asking for permisson
of the person known as Tomas Mika.

Therefore we advice to all starting up organisations to rather ANNOUNCE (!)
to the CGRC body, concretely to the person known as Mika, that they came
into existence or rather to announce that they are about to come into
existence!

Especially if and only if they want to avoid continuous spying, „evaluations“
and various kinds of insidiousness that the person Mika has been applying
since the very first occasion of the CGRF existence.

The CZECH INTERNATIONAL company, represented by Zdenek Grondol, sponzored the CGRC meeting in Prague - the company leased the saloon and paid refreshment in the "Restaurant Lípa" Hotel - one of the best and the most expensive restaurants in Prague. Further to that the CZECH INTERNATIONAL company, represented by Zdenek Grondol, paid the expences connected with the entertainment of the CGRC members after the meeeting - the Miro Gallery and tasting of czech and slovak spirits on the way from the Prague Castle to the Charles Bridge. At the same time provided accommodation to all CGRC delegates in the CZECH INTERNATIONAL pension in Prague. The representatives of the CZECH INTERNATIONAL, Zdenek Grondol and Jarmila Grondolová, guested also the Greyhound-Data.com server owners (?) - Mr. Holgern von Boehn and Mr. Gunnar von Boehn in the luxury hotel Mariott - Renessainance Prague - Hilton Prague at present. The CZECH INTERNATIONAL company, represented by Zdenek Grondol, paid to T. Mika also a ticket to the VIP restaurant of the Shelbourne Park Stadium including the luxury menu and paid him air tickets, accommodation and lease of a car in Ireland.


Perhaps Tomas Mika forgot all about it when he impeaches the financial standing of his former sponsors - present sponsors and members of the CGRF.

This moderator, G-D debater, representative of the CGRC – a person known as Tomas Mika – shall come to the
Czech Republic and support the mendacious and tricky statement of the czech breeder Plaček who also did not
hesitate to blacken the on-duty veterinary surgeon.
Texts from the „CGRC Integrity“ letter and from Greyhound-Data forum („Greyhound ‛Oscars’ - Golden
Greyhound In Czech Rep“ thread) evidence that the person Mika has no problem with describing or testifying
events that the person did not show up at.

Tomas Mika departed from the Czech Republic to Germany after his unsuccessful privatisation of the Praskacka
Race Track (click for history HERE) and there he put brains to something easier and simpler.
In Germany the debater Mika debates about Czech Republic on G-D and infringes the forum rules:

Perhaps the debater Mika can afford to infringe these rules instead of adhering to the rules – maybe it is
because it is a long way from Germany to the Czech Republic.
Perhaps the Debater Mika can afford to „control/supervise“ - CGRF in particular, but on G-D forum we have also
noticed complaints of getting at IGB (later deleted).

At that time Tomas Mika made a recruitment campaign to participate
in CGRC races, among others on Greyhoundnuts portal, thread:
„Good News“.
After our announcement of winners of the Golden Greyhound CZ
contest posted on G-D, supplied with pictures of the winning
greyhounds and pretty girls, Tomas Mika reacted subsequently:
On the Greyhoundnuts portal, thread: „Good News“ Mika started
promising (for the purpose of leveling up the attendance on CGRC
races in Rabapatona): „there will be some even nicer girls than at the
CGRF(independent body) Oscars present.. „
In the meantime CGRF was recognized abroad both on G-D and GNuts
and also in e-mails.
E.g. quoted from GNuts, (thread: Greyhound "Oscars" - Golden
Greyhound In Czech Rep):
„…I say CGDF appears to know how to market the sport and that
maybe the CGRC can learn from them“.
The person Mika brought in more radical „precation“.
Precaution that is easy and cost-free – defamations.
There are also people that are able to show off only by attempting to
lower others efforts, e.g. by making fool of and defaming others.

We do not know whether such manners are in compliance with the policy of CGRC –
that is a matter of CGRC members.
Also it is only the matter of CGRC members what is the person representing CGRC
like and whether this person represents them with dignity.
Do not let Mika fool us with denying his connection of a forum moderator with his
activities in CGRC – the objectives as are clear as they are in the subject of the
abovementioned e-mail – „CGRC Integrity“.

We do not investigate whether „nicer girls than at the CGRF“ appeared on the following
CGRC races or if the attendance recruitment campaign based on defamation was
useful.

We have not heard of any case, e.g. in Australia, Ireland or UK, Sweden etc. when
representatives of a racing organisation would sit in front of a computer and started
critising course of events in this or that country, started defaming them the way Tomas
Mika does or interfere in their inner matters.

The CGRF organization "runs its own business", CGRF lets alone everyone, CGRF doesnt need anybody else for
its existence CGRF doesnt ask for anything and though we are surprised why the person known as Mika is still
"noticing" us.
Also the person known as Mika knows the status of CGRF in the financial standing and he challenges us to some
kind of auditing, quoted from G-D :
„So CGDF CGDF, please get verified“, as he wrote on the G-D portal.
(reputedly only and really only - as a forum moderator and not at all as a CGRC executive).

The person known as Mika sent an unsolicited e-mail (after three attempts to attack the CGRF on G-D forum), that was later found in the CGRF Secretary General assistent´s spam basket, quoted from the e-mail:
„I think you understand the righteousness of my post on international forums. You know well that nobody
commented your activites in the las years and that we didnt intend to "tussle with" you after losing the Praskacka
Track...“
Afterwards new attacks form the person known as Mika followed at the very same day and also in following days.

We know perfectly well that "nobody" comments our activities. Nobody is simply nobody.
But - in our opinion it is not usual when a Greyhound-Data discussion forum moderator
expresses him/herself in plural, or take part in some kind of "tussle", see: "... we didnt intend
to "tussle with" you after losing the Praskacka Track..." and primarily it is not usual when such
a moderator speaks about some kind of loss all the time.
(Also the prson known as Mika mentions the loss of Praskacka in his e-mail with the subject
of:“CGRC Integrity“).

Talking about the "LOSS", that the person known as Mika was to suffer:

We have no idea why the person known as Tomas Mika did not purchased the Praskacka Race Track or why he didi not managed to his sponsors to do so.
The sale Praskacka Race Track was announced by a real estate agency and information about the selling was accesible to anyone. Panic among the "greyhounders" did the rest - it was spread quickly and thorougly.

We dont know why the person known as Mika (when he did not buy the track) did not simply build another one
somewhere else.
We are amazed that the person known as Mika expresseses in terms like the „loss“ of Praskacka, as if it was a
real irreplaceable loss, as if it was the only one place in the whole Czech Republic where one can run a race track
and hold greyhound races.

A new race track has been building in the Czech Republic - in the centre of the capital city - Prague, Mr. Mozdík
built and runs a new greyhound track in Slovakia - it can be done, when people want.
In addition to this it is necessary to say that one cannot waste time and it is essential to replace the destructive
energy with the constructive one. We wish him that whole-heartedly!

In the context of this matter we must add that CGRF, immediately after taking control of the race track Praskacka,
made a serious written offer to the CGRC that, if interested, the CGRC can hold their races there.

From the result it is evident that the "loss" of Praskacka wa not so important, the more important "loss" was
perhaps the loss of monopoly, especially in the context of the earlier wording of the person known as Mika:
„without furhter notice the sponsor created its own organization CGRF....“

From the "CGRC Integrity" e-mail - author of the work - the person known as Mika - we dearchive:
(TRANSLATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON FIRDAY)
" ... this years 7 races in POraskacka there was prizemoney in cash on just 1 of them, the C.I. Derby, I dont consider this as a step forward as when we organised the races we paid out in cash for every second race. At one of this years races first prize was a print showing the main represantative of the sponsor..."

It shows that smelling about other people is not the only good thing that can be handled.
Information that the person known as Mika proceeeds to CGRC greyhound owners are untrue but smelling about
other people is smelling about other people and a result is a RESULT.

What of it that the paper "výtisk ukazující hlavního představitele sponzora" mentioned by Mika is actually a CGRF
voucher and prize money are paid on basis of such voucher.

It always confirms that: in order to shine, Mika must artificially lower the shine of others by speaking untrues about
them.

Our aim is not to allege evidences how much money this or that organization donated to greyhound owners at races. It is just a small example of the fact that one CGRC representative smells about other organizations and the person spreads untrues and slanders on CGRF in order to reinforce the integrity of CGRC members

Czech greyhound breeder Václav Plaček
Briefly speaking in March 2009 the greyhound breeder Plaček experienced odd need. He experienced this need one year after ending the racing at Praskacka. He fulfiled himself in defaming onGreyhound-Data.

Václav Plaček is celebrating his successes at Praskacka in the CGRF clubroom.
We did not expect that he will defame us within one year on the Greyhound-Data portal!

Before we come up to the slanderous statements of the greyhound breeder Vaclav Placek on
discussion forum of the Greyhound-Data.com portal in February 2009, let us ask:

            Which of you or your home-folks would be able to commit such act - to send up an injured greyhound,
            that suffers because of the cutting, madescent, sutured injury with a lot of unpicked stitches in the leg,
            to a race?
            Which of you would be able to commit such act? We all know what the pressured blood stream of
            a racing greyhound means.
            Who would be able to let a greyhound, with the above-mentioned injury, run on a sand surface of a
            race track?
            None of you would be able to commit such act!
            Surprisingly a certain czech breeder would have been able to do that if there was no veterinary
            supervision that prevented the breeder from doing so.

This need of the breeder Placek culminated on the eve of leaving CGRF
representatives to the WGRF Internatinal conference in Las Vegas,
the conference that Mika as a CGRC chief - his witness for the defence
- did not joined.
Apparently because the CGRC did not paid the WGRF membership fee.

The need of the breeder Placek happened after:
1) the debater Mika - in reaction of the CGRF webmaster´s Golden Greyhound
2008 Winners Announcement on G-D - started calumniating the CGRF
2) and after that it revelaled that the debater Mika did not read our rules at all.
(And now imagine that it is the time shortly before leaving to the WGRF meeting
and one must arrange tons of stuff to do!)
It seems that somebody had to support Mika, so that Mika would not look
like a "speech-fier" who has no "evidences" for his fouling.
It seems that the breeder Placek killed two birds with one stone. It seems that it
was favourable to support the debater Mika and simultaneously to revenge the
fact that his dog is not the celebrated winner of the Golden Greyhound contest.
(We will explain it later - but the reasons are absolutely different from what the
breeder Placek describes)

The sudden and urgent need of the breeder Placek - i.e.: to announce to the World and to confess some
alleged wrongs done by the CGRF for the last three years (and especially in the matter of the Golden
Greyhound contest) - could be satisfied solely and ONLY on the discussion forum of the Greyhound-Data
portal.

The breeder Placek opened his heart to the World - right at that time and right in English and so
he did not hesitate to satisfy the urgent need.
Indeed the breeder Placek admitted that he has not been able to speak English in court
but a need is a need.
His English utterances happened to be superior to his Czech talking.
As it the person, who translated the czech form of the Placek´s utterances to English, created
also the content of his utterances.
The speech of Placek´s utterances reminds of Mika´s expresssing form, the stylization to a
"defamed" figure usually elicits sympathetic reactions in the scene.

The breeder Placek wants the general public to believe
his "story" to public,in which he suffered, three long,
very-very-long years respectively.
He did not mentioned his suffering - even on any of
the CGRF congresses, on any training or any time else.

Until now, and even from abroad, even from the G-D
portal we could learn that - in reality - the breeder Placek
was not happy in the CGRF and - in reality - he suffered
very very much in the CGRF.

The breeder suffered quietly and unnoticeably.
He used to go there - and he used to suffer.
He suffered there - and still he used to go there.

The suffering breeder is receiving a voucher - 7400 CzK
worth /cca 300 EUR.
Joyful Mrs. My Leffler (SWE) is receiving a voucher - 3000 CzK.

The prize money paid the same day - after signature.

Another example of endless number of sufferings
at Praskačka

Next time we will have a detailed look on
the three-years-lasting suffering of the breeder Placek
- although he did not mentioned not even with a single word
about his suffering either at CGRF members meetings,
or at races or any time else.

The greyhound breeder Placek used to laugh, drink, eat,
have a good time, enjoy himself (no wonder - someone else
used to pay for it) at races and trainings but FINALLY we
know that in fact he did not have a good ime at all because
deep in his soul he just suffered.

Next time - about the real suffering of the breeder Placek.
Also Next time - about measurably different statements
in the court and on G-D.

Quote from the fouling post of Vaclav Placek, in which he also defamed a renowned veterinary surgeon of
a renowned veterinary clinique, on the Greyhound-data portal:
„BEFORE YOU VISIT PRASKACKA CDGF RACING PLS.“
„Before the first race Druppi's had a little injury.I informed the veterinary abaut it.But when the veterinary
had made examination, he couldn't find anythimg (author´s note: he couldn´t find anything but the cutting,
madescent, sutured injury with a lot of unpicked stitches in the leg) that would be a problem for Druppi and
afterproper examining and aqueezing the footpad/the dog mad no signal of pain or discomfort/,doctor
finally gave the permission for Druppi to run the race.Mr Grondol at that time personally was overlooking
/first time ever Iremember/ at the veterinary inspection and asked the doctor AGAIN to deside whether
the dog is able of the race. After all the vet corrected his first decision and said the dog is NOT able to
run and is not completely recovered.I'm sure Druppi was able of the run and perhaps the onlyreason the
vet changed hismind was the fact he getspaid pretty high veter. fee by cgdf.I was very sad and felt
injustice.“

Let´s repeat from the above mentioned quotation once more: „I was very sad and felt injustice.“

THE SADNESS of the breeder Placek from the incriminated day
(pictures taken AFTER the veterinary surgeon found his dog Druppi Co Co is not able to race).
Yes indeed, it is the first race of the season 08 that the breeder Placek described - April Cup 08!

Mr. Grondol is paying the First Solo Racing 2008 prize money also to Elita Co Co - a disqualified bitch.
Nobody saved money from the breeder Placek.

The breeder Placek strapped prize money total worth of 61.450 CzK and other benefits from the deposits of the CGRF members (Grondol, Želinský).
In violation of the CGRF rules, that the breeder Placek approved hiself on the CGRF meetings, went within a week after our race to multiple races (i.e. two or more runs of one greyhound in one day) of a another organization in the town of "Lednice" (CGRF rules allow only one run of a particular greyhound in one day). The breeder let run his "beloved grey Druppi Co Co" (as he himself calls his dog in his "heart-felt" discussion post) with greyhounds that were disqualified by the CGRF as confirmed attackers (Zorneagles Karel, Erbi Co Co). Also the breeder Placek sended up the disqualified, for life, Elita Co Co to other multiple races
The breeder Placek dressed his "beloved grey Druppi Co Co" to the blue jacket with the starting number two. Nevertheless his "beloved grey Druppi Co Co" has been classified as "W" - boxes no. 5 or 6. And how did his "beloved grey Druppi Co Co" end up? See the photo (external source):

The breeder Placek did not let us celebrate his "beloved grey Druppi Co Co" as the Golden Greyhound - Grand master. What a pity, Mr. Grondol and Mr. Zelinský (in contrast to the breeder Placek) devoted a lot of their own finances and effort to celebrate the greyhound Druppi Co Co, not only at the ceremonial Golden Greyhound 2006 - Winner award and the Golden Greyhound - Master award.
"My personal experience and recommendation to anyone do not join cgdf racings at Praskacka CZ field. " states the breeder Placek in his post. There is a czech saying: If I can´t have a goat, let my neighbour´s goat die.

On the 16th Nov 2009 first standing with the prosecuted greyhound breeder Václav Plaček took place. The breeder has been sued for defamation and mendacious statements that he presented on the www.greyhound-data.com portal in his forum.
